Dispatch Time: Your package will typically be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment unless otherwise noted in the product page. Please note that made-to-the-order or custom items may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Shipping Carriers: We primarily utilize FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for shipments, both equipped with tracking options.

Signature Confirmation: For items valued above $400 USD, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your purchase.

Package Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status online.

Shipping Fees: Our shipping fees comprise handling, packing, and postage costs. While handling fees remain fixed, transportation fees vary based on the total shipment weight.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on most of our products, providing an added value to your purchase.

Order Consolidation: To optimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping your items into a single order. Please note that separate orders will incur individual shipping fees.

Packaging: We take special care in packaging your items, ensuring they are well-protected during transit. Our boxes are amply sized to accommodate and safeguard your valuable jewelry pieces.
